Kustomer secures $26 million in series B funding to modernize customer experience

The CRM Platform provider, Kustomer, has bagged USD $26 million in series B funding. The round saw participation from Redpoint Ventures, Canaan Partners, Boldstart Ventures, Social Levera, and Cisco Investments.

New launches

Uberflip launches new capabilities

Uberflip has rolled out a new suite of functionality to give power to account-based marketing (ABM). The new functionalities primarily combine features into a centralized portal aimed at making content easily accessible for the whole company, and new templates for marketers to better realize the promise of ABM with little to no help needed from IT or web developers.

Some other functionalities include a central location to host and organize relevant content that’s accessible. This also can quickly curate content experiences that engage accounts with assets that are relevant specifically to a company with an Uberflip marketing stream and new stream templates. The vendor said users also gain the ability to drive traffic to marketing streams by allowing sales reps to create a one-to-one content experience.

Salesforce marketing cloud goes live with google analytics 360 integrations

Cloud and integration platform has partnered with HubSpot for Connect Certified Partner. Through this partnership, businesses can run their marketing and sales department much more effectively. Businesses can also create automated workflows involving HubSpot and other cloud applications

In the Connect Certified Partner, HubSpot works hand-in-hand with varying tiers of Connect Partners to help grow their businesses through co-marketing and business development campaigns. These partners are often independent software vendors who have built an integration with HubSpot.

Career moves

HubSpot appoints Kate Bueker as CFO

Software product marketer and developer, Hubspot, has brought Kate Bueker to replace John Kinzer as its newest CFO, effective immediately. Prior to joining Hubspot, Bueker’s 25 year long career saw her in a variety of finance and business development leadership positions at Akamai Technologies. She also spent a decade in the investment banking field to work with media and telecom companies such as The Blackstone Group, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.
