What is Quick Paid Surveys about?
The moment I came across Quick Paid Surveys I felt something was not right about it because the name of the website (Quick Paid Surveys) does not coincide with their registered trademark name (Quick Pay Survey) or their domain name (quickpaysurvey.com).
But I didn’t want to think it was a scam like many others so I did some intensive research and ended up joining.
Quick Paid Surveys is not different from most paid survey sites. The good thing is that you don’t need any prior experience or special skills and it’s free to sign up, so that’s why it might sound like a good opportunity to make money online.
Apart from taking surveys to earn some extra cash, they offer other ways to make money like reading emails, referring other people and completing simple tasks.
And then, when you reach the minimum payout threshold of $15, they are supposed to send you the payment via PayPal.
It all sounds good and Quick Paid Surveys seems to be a legitimate platform to make extra cash, but I read some customer complaints that indicate it’s not as good as it appears to be.
Does Quick Paid Surveys work?
In short terms, yes. Quick Paid Surveys can help you earn some money, but not much.
In order to get started, you will have to complete a form with your name, your email address and a password.
After signing up you will receive a $3 bonus and will get access to the members area where you will find various ways to make money.
How can you make money?
- Cash Surveys
Quick Paid Surveys provides a list of surveys from other sites/platforms. Depending on the country you live in, you will see more or less survey sites to register.
In my case, I live in Spain and only got two survey sites to join. But if you are from other countries like Canada or The US, you might see more sites to register. The more, the better.
Without taking into account the number of survey sites you see to join, they all pay between $0.50 and $1 per survey. At least they don’t claim you can earn $50-$100 per survey, just like other misleading survey platforms like Take Surveys For Cash and Paid-Surveys do.
- Cash Offers
Some offers involve tasks like: signing up for free trials, joining other sites, signing up to receive coupons, signing up for credit cards, downloading apps… and I noticed they also include the survey sites included in the “Cash Surveys” section.
Some of these offers might ask for your credit card information, so I recommend that you do some research before giving away any financial information because some sites might not be legitimate.
- Earn Points
They also give you the option to earn some points that are redeemable for gift cards. You basically will have to join websites that are partnered with Quick Paid Surveys and complete simple offers. It’s the same as before but you will earn points instead of money.
- Paid Emails
They also give you the chance to get paid for reading emails. It sounds attractive but they do not pay much for each email you read (between 1 and 5 cents per email) and the amount of emails you can get are limited.
- Earn Cash Back For Shopping
Quick Paid Surveys also has a cash back program, which means that you can get some of your money back if you make a purchase through their site.
They are partnered with some stores like , which means that they will earn a commission when you buy something through their affiliate link. And once they get paid, they will send you some of your money.
For example, if you buy a book for $18 on ebooks.com, you will get the 4% back which is $0.72.
A very well-known cash back platform is Ebates.
- Referral Program
Last but not least, you can also make money for getting other people to join through your referral link. Their referral program is two levels deep, which means that you will earn commissions from your referrals and the referrals of your referrals.
The commissions you earn will be a percentage of the money earned by your referrals (level 1) and their referrals (level 2), which means that they must be active in order for you to join.
I mean, you will not earn any commissions if they join but do nothing.
What about getting paid?
In order to get paid, you will have to reach the minimum payout threshold which is $15 and request your payment so that they send the money to your PayPal account.
If we take into account the $3 bonus you get after joining, you need to complete at least 12 surveys of $1 in order to reach $15.
12 surveys doesn’t seem much but the truth is that completing them is not as easy as it seems, which I’m going to explain later.
In my opinion, $15 is a little bit high when we take into consideration that many paid survey sites let you cash in once you’ve reached $10.
The red flags
Quick Paid Surveys has some red flags and complaints that you need to be aware of because they indicate that this is not as good as it seems.
- The owners don’t show up
Whenever I come across a website or platform, I like to know who has created it because it helps me determine whether or not it’s trustworthy.
In this case, Quick Paid Surveys doesn’t have any section where we can see who is behind it. This is something that tells me they are trying to hide something.
I have reviewed many “make money online” websites and programs, and it turns out that the ones that don’t reveal their owners are usually scams.
Therefore, I don’t completely trust Quick Paid Surveys because their creators are not transparent when it comes to their identity.
I mean, people who have created something amazing and valuable would show up as an indication that they are enough proud of themselves and don’t mind people knowing them.
- Some members get disqualified all the time
One of the things I dislike the most about paid surveys is the fact that it’s easy to get disqualified.
You can start taking a survey and spend 10 minutes answering questions and then they tell you that you are out because you don’t qualify, which makes you feel like you have wasted your time.
I remember this was one of the reasons why I gave up on making money with paid surveys. I was like “why am I going to try to complete another survey if I get disqualified all the time?”.
The problem I see with Quick Paid Surveys is that they don’t ask you for information that can help them match you with the appropriate surveys. They recommend that you join random survey sites that you might not qualify for.
- Not an opportunity to earn much money
All the surveys sites recommended by Quick Paid Surveys pay between $0.50 and $1 per completed survey, which is not very much if you take into account the time it takes to complete a survey.
When it comes to the offers, they don’t pay that much either. I guess the more difficult an offer is, the more they will pay you but you cannot expect to earn a substantial amount of money doing this.
And what about reading emails? Is it any better than taking surveys? No. Each email that you read will make you between 1 and 5 cents, which means that you would have to read over 20 emails in order to earn $1, giving that each email makes you 5.
- Some users have got their accounts closed
Last but not least, some users have got their accounts closed after reaching the minimum payout threshold of $15.
I have found these two complaints here:
I imagine how frustrated they felt after spending hours or even days trying to complete surveys and then get their account closed. It’s really unacceptable!
It’s very similar to what scammers do after having what they want. I remember exposing GPT scam sites like onamoney.win that did this kind of thing. They asked people to pay for referrals and once they got their money, they kicked members out of their accounts with no explanation.
I’m really tired of unethical people who do not take into consideration other people’s time/money. Such a lack of empathy!
Is Quick Paid Surveys a scam?
If it weren’t for the fact that Quick Paid Surveys has paid some members, I would call them a scam.
So is Quick Paid Surveys a scam? Obviously, the people who got their accounts closed will call this a scam that wasted their time. I would not be surprised if they stop paying more members in the future.
The moment a company stops paying everyone can be considered a total scam because they are wasting other people’s time just to make money themselves, which is very unethical.
When it comes to paid surveys, I personally will not be spending my time trying to complete surveys just to get paid a few dollars.
As I said, paid surveys sites don’t pay much for each survey you complete. The most you can expect to get paid are $2 or $3, which means that you would have to complete lots of surveys a day in order to make a decent income.
Paid surveys are quite long and can take you at least 15 minutes to complete, so the amount of money you could expect to earn doing this is about $4 an hour, giving that you completed 4 surveys of $1 per hour, which is not something that you could do everyday because there’s a limited amount of surveys that they send you.
I wrote this article where I talk about the reality of paid surveys.
Because of everything I have mentioned, I don’t recommend Quick Paid Surveys.
