At ClickZ we believe senior marketers should be presented with thought leadership experiences that offer significant value and insight into the industry. As a highly collaborative and creative community, marketing leaders are eager to explore and address the challenges keeping them awake at night and the pains plaguing their day-to-day.
Staying close to the marketing community is not only a starting point for the ClickZ Collective, it’s the guiding light influencing every element of its offering. As the architect of the program, I’m delighted to walk you through what is in store and contextualize how the ClickZ Collective is a direct response to what you’ve asked for – a collaborative space where you can proactively tackle business priorities.
The ClickZ Collective on 30 March will be broken down into morning and afternoon sessions. Each session will open with a keynote (or a scene-setting discussion). These sessions have been built with your requests for conversations that tackle the big questions and will form the basis for smaller discussions later in the afternoon.
The first scene-setter will explore ways to forge a stronger CEO-CMO relationship as CEOs seek to elevate the importance of the CMO and marketing function to be key players in business growth. We’re delighted to announce that Matthew Lieberman, Chief Marketing Officer at PwC will be delivering this session.
The second scene-setter will take on building a game-plan to winning (and retaining) top marketing talent. Amid the great resignation, shrinking budgets, and growing competition, businesses are fighting to retain rising stars and marketing MVPs. Sabrina Rodriguez, Global Head of Marketing at Ericsson will dissect what your retention strategy should look like.
You told us that you see value in highly interactive sessions, where you can collaborate with peers to create the solutions to your most pressing challenges. We listened and formulated interactive Digital Incubators where you can do just that. The Digital Incubators will follow on from the scene-setters and will cover pertinent topics such as the metaverse, death of the third-party cookie, and developing a growth mindset. Confirmed Digital Incubator session leads include senior marketers from Microsoft, Merkle, and Align Technology.
To get the most out of the ClickZ Collective – a forum where open discussion and debate thrives – we encourage all attendees to come armed with challenges, learnings, insights, and questions.
I look forward to engaging with many of you on 30th March for what promises to be an insightful and productive experience.
